It is not.

How will it be released?

Once the novel is complete, I will release three chapters per week.

Do I need to be familiar with HL to enjoy it?

Not necessarily, but you'll get more out of it if you are!

Do I need to be familiar with A Place in the West to enjoy it?

No. It's a prequel.

When will it start releasing?
